All our products are designed and built to meet the highest quality standards.
FENIX STEEL engineers are able to develop the product design in compliance with the international standard (i.e. API 6D, ASME B16.34, ASME BPVC, API6A etc.) and to customize the design based on the specific needs of the clients.
We use design software and are able to perform FEA (structural, thermal and dynamic) and CFD analysis in order to verify all the possible operating conditions to which the valve will be subject during its usage.
Design Calculations as per International Standards DSR has extensive expertise in performing critical engineering design and stress calculations in compliance with international oil & gas standards, including: API 6A – Design and analysis of wellhead and Christmas tree equipment API 16A – Structural integrity and load-bearing analysis for drill-through equipment such as BOPs API 650 – Storage tank design including seismic, wind, and hydrostatic load calculations, nozzle orientation, and shell-thickness optimization
Upon request we can supply the following:
- Drainage and breather pipe plugs with the thread protection O-ring
- Breather pipe plugs of the bleeder type
- Anti-blowout stem with locking on the body instead of the standard model, with the anti-blowout function carried out by the cover
- Lubricators for the seats and the stem (they can also have thread protection O-ring seals)
- Extended stems for underground services
- Extended covers for high or low temperature services
- Padlocking devices
- Supply of valves with watertight reduction units (IP68)
