SWING CHECK VALVE
Product introduction:
Swing check valve is also known as non-return valve or reverse check valve, it is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline reverse flow. The opening and closing parts depend on the medium flowing and force to open or close, in order to prevent the reverse flow.
Check valves belong to the automatic valve types, mainly used in the one-way flow of medium pipeline, only allow the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This kind of valves should be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
Swing check valve mostly flange or BW connection, the pressure can be 150LB-2500LB, small size check valve is forged type and big size generally is casting.

FORGED CHECK VALVE
Product introduction:
Forged check valve is a name separated from casting check valve, forged check valve generally is small size than DN50 in swing type, and forged dual plate check valve can be bigger than 20 inch.
Forged check valve have good quality in valve body, there will no sand holes and worry about the leak on body, so it is better than cast valves when the price also higher than it.
Forged check valve can be lift type, swing type, dual plate type and disc type. They are all mostly used for water and steam industries. Design standard is API602.
For soft sealing forged check valve we can produce it in zero leakage and the metal seated check valve we can make it according API 598 or Class D.
